Now Hiring: Screen Printer / Pre-Press Production / Shipping & Receiving
📍 Location: Berkeley, CA | 🕐 Full-Time | 📦 Day Shift
Alliance Graphics, a high-volume, union screenprint and embroidery shop in Berkeley, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This full-time position focuses on shipping and receiving responsibilities, while also supporting screen printing and pre-press production .
Primary Responsibilities:

Manage incoming and outgoing orders
Organize inventory and fulfill customer orders accurately
Support production with tasks such as folding, screen cleaning, press operation, and pre-press duties
Coordinate all shipping/receiving and maintain a clean, organized work area

Qualifications:

Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for 8 hours
Attention to detail and manual skills
Punctual, dependable, and a positive team player
Comfortable working with a diverse team and occasionally interacting with customers

Experience with manual/automatic presses, heat transfers, or production work is a plus—but not required. Entry-level applicants with a strong work ethic and enthusiasm are welcome!
