Job Description

Akkodis is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a Contract job with a client in Phoenix, AZ(Remote) . The ideal candidate will have expertise in IronClad CLM and contract management, leading the migration from Icertis, driving automation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $50/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Senior Business Analyst job responsibilities include:

• Serve as a subject matter expert in IronClad CLM, supporting implementation and optimization.
• Partner with Legal, Procurement, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into CLM solutions.
• Drive process automation and workflow improvements in contract management.
• Lead data analysis and reporting on contract performance and compliance.
• Support system integrations between IronClad and other enterprise applications.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in contract lifecycle management.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with IronClad CLM, including workflow configuration.
• Strong understanding of contract management principles, legal processes, and compliance.
• Experience with process mapping, business requirements gathering, and system implementation.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $50.00 per hour
