**Job Description**
**About the Role:** Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and innovative environment? As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a vital role in our Asset Management team, reporting directly to the Director of Finance. This position is essential for driving analytical efforts related to investment performance, capital investment forecasting, and scenario modeling. We are looking for someone who is passionate about accuracy, enjoys transforming data into actionable insights, and is eager to take on a leadership role within the team.
**Responsibilities:**
- **Lead and Innovate:** Design and maintain impactful financial analyses and analytics through KPIs and dashboards to support senior management decisions.
- **Drive Accountability:** Develop reporting and analytical deliverables that provide transparency and insight into how operational activities affect investment performance, focusing on risks and opportunities to enhance value through improved allocation of resources.
- **Collaborate and Coordinate:** Manage and coordinate capital planning activities with the Facilities Asset Management Executive Leadership Team.
- **Strategic Reporting:** Prepare senior management reporting packages, including budget approvals, CAPEX run rate and cash flow forecasting, P&L presentations, and insights on the strategic performance of capital initiatives.
- **Tech-Savvy Leadership:** Drive technological innovation within asset management through proactive and preventive analytics, identifying ways to leverage technology to create value.
- **Support and Collaborate:** Assist with the monthly accounting close and work closely with the accounting team to support public reporting and audit requirements.
- **Cross-Functional Work:** Collaborate with finance, accounting, internal auditing, tax, and legal teams to ensure compliance standards are met.
- **Ad Hoc Projects:** Participate in various projects as needed, bringing your unique perspective and expertise.
**Qualifications:**
- **Educational Background:** Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Technology with a focus on Finance/Projects partnership, or a related field.
- **Experience:** 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, asset management, or project management.
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Strong technical skills, with proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, R, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Leadership and Flexibility:** A strong character and flexible style to work successfully with a diverse range of individuals, from staff to executives, with the personal presence to engage effectively with all constituencies.
- **Energetic and Motivated:** Energetic, organized, creative, curious, and highly motivated, with the ability to learn and work both independently and collaboratively.
- **Work Ethic:** A strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing competing demands under time-sensitive deadlines.

**Additional Information:**
We believe in the power of teamwork and recognize the value of in-person collaboration while also offering some flexibility. Our teammates are expected to work in the office five days a week, with the option to take up to three flexible remote days per month.
Our office is conveniently located in Plano, just east of I75 near E. Park Blvd, and north of Historic Downtown Plano.
