Tagaddod is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our talented team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts across various departments, ensuring that we attract and hire top talent that aligns with our organizational goals. Your expertise in full-cycle recruiting, combined with your strong relationship management skills, will be pivotal in driving our talent acquisition strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates at all levels

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidate offers

• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions

• Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking to identify potential candidates

• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit

• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs

• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

• Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to improve processes and strategies

• Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance Tagaddod's reputation as an employer of choice

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience as a Recruiter, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices
• Experience in recruiting for technical and non-technical roles
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Strong analytical skills and experience with recruitment metrics
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
