ServiceNow Cloud Application Developers
Location: HONOLULU, HI

Lucayan Technology LLC is seeking a  ServiceNow Cloud Application Developer to design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications. This role involves integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems, optimizing workflows, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance IT service management processes. Located at Daniel K. Inouye Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies (DKI APCSS). 

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development: Design and develop custom applications and modules using ServiceNow's Studio IDE and App Engine.
• Customization: Modify and configure existing ServiceNow applications to align with business processes.
• Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Scripting: Write and debug client-side and server-side scripts, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Script Includes.
• Workflow Automation: Implement and manage workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
• User Interface: Develop and enhance Service Portal pages and widgets to improve user experience.
• Testing: Conduct unit testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure quality deliverables.
• Documentation: Maintain technical documentation, design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
• Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed applications.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certification: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is desired.
• Experience: Minimum of one year in ServiceNow development and administration.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
• Experience with ServiceNow’s Glide API and data schema.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP web services and integration methodologies.
