Following the training period, you will be placed on projects where you will apply your skills, collaborate with senior developers, and contribute to meaningful work in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Complete a 3-month intensive training program on Python, programming fundamentals, and other essential IT skills. Collaborate with experienced software developers and project teams to develop, test, and maintain applications. Gain hands-on experience with various software development tools and platforms. Participate in code reviews and debugging sessions to improve your skills and contribute to project success. Work on real-world projects under the guidance of senior developers. Assist in troubleshooting, system integration, and problem-solving tasks. Who We’re Looking For: Entry-level candidates from both tech and non-tech backgrounds with a passion for technology and software development. Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and programming languages. Basic understanding of logic, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
