Key Responsibilities:
Designing and Implementing IEPs: Create and execute tailored Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) that focus on the academic, social, and emotional growth of each student.
Personalized Instruction: Provide individualized or small group instruction, adjusting teaching methods and materials to meet the unique learning needs of students with various abilities.
Collaborative Environment: Work closely with students, families, teachers, and other educational professionals to build a positive, inclusive classroom culture that encourages student success.
Monitoring Progress: Regularly assess student performance, tracking progress, and modifying teaching strategies as needed to ensure continued growth and achievement.
