Description
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale SAP implementations, leading multi-disciplinary teams across global locations, and collaborating with both employees and contractors. This role requires strategic leadership, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to navigate complex ERP transformations while driving efficiency and innovation. Key Responsibilities: This position requires leading and managing the end-to-end execution of the SAP transformation initiative, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and industry best practices. The Senior Project Manager will partner with executives, business units, IT teams, and external vendors to define project scope, objectives, and key deliverables. Managing global, cross-functional teams, including employees, contractors, and third-party consultants, is a crucial part of the role. The selected candidate must optimize resource utilization while maintaining cost-effectiveness and ensuring project deadlines are met. Identifying potential risks, assessing impact, and implementing proactive mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions will be key to success. Regular reporting, status updates, dashboards, and presentations to senior leadership, steering committees, and key stakeholders will be required. This role also ensures compliance with corporate policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
