Key Responsibilities
Assist with student recruitment and orientation activities for various programs.
Prepare and administer assessments, including CASAS appraisals, pre-tests, and post-tests, in a timely manner.
Provide on-site and remote support for students, ensuring they receive the necessary resources and guidance.
Deliver excellent customer service by greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and assisting students with basic technical issues.
Promote and represent programs within the community to increase awareness and participation.
Monitor and analyze student recruitment, retention, and attendance data.
Maintain accurate and organized student records, both physical and electronic.
Assist with the procurement and distribution of materials and supplies.
Collaborate with instructors and staff to ensure a positive and productive student experience.
Support compliance with health regulations for the National School Lunch Program (NSLP).
Track and manage the distribution of technological devices to students.
Submit student enrollments, registrations, transcripts, and other requests to the appropriate departments promptly.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; AA Degree preferred.
At least two (2) years of related experience preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish required.
Additional Requirements
Valid driver's license and personal automobile insurance.
Ability to travel as needed (up to 25%).
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, sit, reach, walk, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed.
Must be able to lift/move up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 40 pounds occasionally.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Work Environment
The role involves working both indoors and outdoors, with occasional exposure to varying weather conditions and potential electrical hazards.
