Tenant Farmer

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Tenant Farmer to cultivate a diverse range of crops on our property. The successful candidate will have a strong background in farming, a willingness to relocate, and the ability to manage various agricultural operations. This is a contracted position that offers 40-50% of crop harvest profits.

Responsibilities :
- Manage the cultivation of crops, including but not limited to:
- Vegetables
- Herbs
- Cannabis *   (select regions)
Experience:: ______________________________
- Flowers

- Oversee cattle operations, ensuring proper care and management.
- Implement sustainable farming practices to maximize yield and profit.
- Maintain equipment and facilities in good working condition.
- Keep accurate records of crop production, expenses, and profits.
- Collaborate with property owners on farming strategies and goals.
 
Qualifications :

- Proven experience in farming with a focus on:
- Cattle management
- Vegetable cultivation
- Herb production
- Cannabis farming (where legally permitted )
- Flower cultivation
- Strong knowledge of agricultural practices and crop rotation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to relocate to the property.

Compensation :

- 40-50% of crop harvest profits, based on production and sales.
