Job Summary:
We're seeking experienced Tibco Middleware Consultants to join our client's team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Tibco middleware solutions and be able to work onsite 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Tibco middleware solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Tibco with other systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve Tibco-related issues
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
- Ensure Tibco solutions meet business requirements and are scalable and reliable
Requirements:
- Experience with Tibco middleware solutions (e.g., Tibco EMS, Tibco BW, Tibco Admin)
- Strong understanding of middleware concepts and architecture
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with related technologies (e.g., messaging queues, APIs, SOA)
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in middleware integration
