Virtual Assistant Needed: Workflow Automation & AI Specialist

Job Description:

This role is to support a real estate and tech start up entrepreneur in Austin, TX (CST) who is looking for an exceptional Virtual Assistant to become an integral part of his team. You'll support four brands—My Assumable Home, Popculting, Big Realty Energy, and Million Dollar ATX. This role is perfect if you love problem-solving, have a passion for workflow automation, and are experienced with AI tools and platforms.

Core Responsibilities:

- Develop, build, and refine workflows and automated systems within Lofty CRM.

- Regularly audit existing workflows to ensure seamless operations.

- Create and edit engaging e-books in Canva.

- Set up and optimize ManyChat automations.

- Periodically edit social media content and schedule posts across multiple channels.

- MOST IMPORTANT: Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) proactively for problem-solving and workflow optimization without constant supervision.

Essential Requirements:

- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in AI prompting and tools such as ChatGPT.

- Proven experience with workflow automation (Lofty CRM, [Make.com]( ManyChat or equivalent).

- Creation of landing pages for lead capture

- Creation of monthly newsletters using Mailchimp

- Proficiency with Canva for e-book design and content creation.

- Basic video editing skills and familiarity with content scheduling platforms (CapCut, Inshot).

- Self-motivated, organized, reliable, and able to work independently.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

- Working Hours & Compensation: $5/hour starting pay

- 30 hours per week initially, with the expectation to quickly scale up to 40 hours per week, depending on performance.

- C2 level of English Proficiency

Proficiency in ALL tools and systems in advance isn't necessary, but the most critical tools coming into this role, in my opinion, will be understanding how to prompt AI to quickly guide you through new tasks and quality control and testing to ensure you aren't making any mistakes.
