Veta Virtual is hiring a Virtual Assistant – Property Management to help coordinate building operations, support tenants and vendors, and ensure seamless workflows – all while working remotely!

Your Role:

As a Virtual Assistant – Property Management , you'll support a fast-paced real estate management company by:

• Responding to tenant inquiries in a clear, professional, and compassionate manner.
  
• Assigning work orders promptly to the appropriate building super or vendor.
  
• Coordinating with supers and vendors to ensure timely and effective service.
  
• Running work order reports to ensure accurate tracking and proper closure in internal databases.
  
• Tracking utility usage and updating internal spreadsheets to manage legal rents.
  
• Opening and closing utility accounts during tenant turnovers.
  
• Ordering building and unit turnover supplies as needed.
  
• Monitoring maintenance requests to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  
• Supporting other administrative needs related to daily property operations.
  

What You'll Need:

• 2+ years of experience in administrative roles, ideally within property management or real estate.
  
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
  
• Clear, confident, and compassionate communication skills.
  
• A proactive mindset – not afraid to speak up, ask questions, or solve problems independently.
  
• High attention to detail, especially when entering and managing data.
  
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams.
  
• Familiarity with property management tools and platforms is a plus (or a willingness to learn).

• A competitive salary of $1,000–$1,100 USD per month , based on experience.
  
• A fully remote role with an 8-hour shift, Monday–Friday , based on US Eastern Time .
