Communicate consistently with clients through email, phone, and digital messaging platforms to understand their travel needs, respond to questions, and provide updates on their itineraries.
Customer Experience:
Deliver high-quality customer service by addressing client concerns promptly, troubleshooting any issues, and ensuring a seamless booking process from start to finish.
Itinerary Preparation:
Design and manage comprehensive travel itineraries, including detailed information on flights, hotel stays, transfers, and booked activities.
Document Accuracy:
Review and ensure the completeness and accuracy of all travel documentation, such as tickets, confirmation vouchers, and visa requirements, and provide clients with clear instructions.
Commission-Based Sales:
This position is commission-driven, offering strong earning potential for individuals who are self-motivated and successful in converting bookings.
Excellent Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills to engage with clients effectively and team members.
Strong Organizational Skills: Must be highly organized and capable of handling multiple tasks and bookings simultaneously with attention to detail.
