We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Civil Aviation Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead and deliver successful projects, mentor junior staff, and contribute to the growth of our practice.

What You'll Do:

Lead and Deliver:
Plan, execute, and monitor all aspects of civil aviation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules, and manage all project phases effectively.
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and design teams to ensure project objectives are met.
Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges.
Technical Expertise:
Serve as the Engineer of Record when required, ensuring designs comply with all relevant codes, regulations, and standards (e.g., FAA, TSA).
Leverage your in-depth knowledge of airport airside, landside, and infrastructure projects, including pavement design and FAA regulations.
Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices.
Client Focus:
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and exceeding their expectations.
Actively seek new business opportunities and contribute to the development of winning proposals.
Represent the company professionally at industry events and conferences.
Team Leadership:
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering their professional development.
Create a positive and collaborative work environment.
What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
15+ years of relevant experience in civil aviation project management.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is required.
Proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.1

Salary: $ 85.00 Per Hour
