Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining information in our computer systems accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Transcribe data from various sources into electronic format
- Enter data into designated databases and ensure accuracy
- Maintain and update files as needed
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation
- Assist in organizing files and collecting data as required

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computerized systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Knowledge of order entry processes is a plus
- Basic math skills for numerical data entry
- Previous experience in clerical or administrative roles is beneficial
- Ability to organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Familiarity with data collection methods and tools
