Job Description

SSON , a division of IQPC, a global leader in events and B2B market research is currently looking for an ambitious and driven Delegate Development Representative to help us grow our community!

 

Key Role:

As a Delegate Development Representative, your key objective will be to foster relationships with business executives and to build interest and attendance for our portfolio of B2B live and digital events. Working collaboratively with our production team, you will identify and engage with professionals within Shared Service departments through strategic outbound calling, tailored LinkedIn approaches, and impactful direct emailing. By engaging with these professionals, your role will be to generate event attendees who recognize the value and objectives behind the event.

  • Competitive annual base salary of 45k-55k DOE with commission earnings potential, projected OTE of 70K-80K in Year 1, offering room for growth.

What you'll bring:

  • A bachelor's degree.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a role related to customer service, sales, account management or recruitment.
  • Experience in cold calling and prospecting is preferred.
  • Strong tech skills including use of PC, Microsoft Outlook, CRM, and LinkedIn.
  • Exceptional time management skills and work ethic, whether working remotely or in-office.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recruit executive-level participants for networking event programs.
  • Expand our database through strategic prospecting and research efforts.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to pitching, closing, and account management.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and the competitive landscape.
