Field Supervisor - High-Rise Condominium Janitorial Operations (public areas)

EXPERIENCE:

Supervise, manage, and operate teams, janitorial services.
Responsible for training, supervising, scheduling, quality control, recruiting as needed.
"Hands-on" experience required.
Expert building janitorial skills, marble buffing/crystallization, hallway carpet shampoo, stainless steel, windows, brass, chrome, stone, carpet, janitorial equipment, trash & recycling, garbage compactor operation experience, chemical/supply knowledge/management & supervisor of other employees.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bilingual (English/Spanish). Creole is a plus.
3+ years of managerial/supervisor experience required.
Safe driver.
Ability to manage cleaning teams for multiple buildings professionally.
Desire to stay with the company for 5+ years.
Work Authorization is required.
Compensation is very competitive. To be determined through experience and interview process.

Gerente de operaciones / Gerente de distrito - Operaciones de limpieza de condominios de gran altura (espacios públicos).

EXPERIENCIA:

Supervisar y administrar operaciones de limpieza de edificios de condominios de gran altura.
Responsable de la formación, supervisión, programación, control de calidad, contratación de nuevos empleados, según sea necesario.
Se requiere experiencia "práctica".
Experto en limpieza de edificios + experiencia en tecnología de suelos + conocimiento / gestión de productos químicos / suministros.

REQUISITOS:

Bilingüe (inglés / español). Creole a+.
Se requieren más de 3 años de experiencia gerencial / supervisora.
Buen conductor.
Deseo de permanecer en la empresa durante más de 5 años.
Se requiere autorización de trabajo.
Compensación: muy competitiva. Se determinará a través de la experiencia y el proceso de entrevista.
