OVERVIEW:
Reporting to the Sr. HR Manager, the incumbent will have single-site HR Generalist responsibility for supporting the 3-shift manufacturing operations at the Buffalo, NY location (approximately 150 employees), including full-cycle recruiting, benefits administration, and day-to-day HR support activities. The HR Generalist position contributes a high level of energy to the implementation of ASR Group people and organization agenda. The individual must be able to deliver high quality results through formal and informal influence of others. Success in this role is based upon being able to demonstrate clear value to the business by executing against key objectives through partnership/collaboration with key stakeholders in HR and the business.

The expected pay range for this position is $55,000-$103,500 and will depend on the candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.
