Job Title : NetSuite ERP Specialist

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Configure, customize, and maintain the NetSuite ERP system to support business processes.
• Develop and manage workflows, saved searches, reports, and dashboards to enhance system functionality.
• Lead NetSuite integrations with third-party applications using SuiteTalk, RESTlets, and APIs.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for NetSuite modules including Finance, Inventory, Procurement, and CRM.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify system requirements and implement enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with best practices for data security, governance, and role-based access controls.
• Train end-users and create documentation for system functionality and best practices.
• Perform system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new NetSuite features.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a NetSuite Administrator, Developer, or Consultant.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP modules, workflows, scripting, and customization.
• Experience with SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.0), SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics.
• Proficiency in integrating NetSuite with other applications using REST or SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of financial, supply chain, and CRM processes within NetSuite.
• Experience with NetSuite Sandbox environments, testing, and deployment best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize business processes.
• NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation Certification (Preferred).
• Federal Experience is a plus.
