HybridThe Program Controls FP&A Analyst will lead the monthly forecasting process for the F-16 IDIQ Program and ensuring monthly forecast accuracy and identification of risks and opportunities. Other planning responsibilities include the annual operating plan and five-year strategic plan. The position will support cash flow forecasting, proposal activities, monitor capital projects and other internal investment activities.
The successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate results through predictable forecasts, R&O management, EAC packages, Program Reviews, and timely flow of information to leadership.
Duties will include ‘cradle - to - grave' program financial analysis, cost analysis, funding planning, Estimates at Completion (EAC's), and ad hoc analyses as required. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring proactive and on-going communication with Program Management, functional team members, and Finance organization relative to all program financial performance and issues. The successful candidate will utilize standard company tools, policies, and procedures: in the development of the Work Breakdown Structure, monitoring of cost expenditures, monitoring of the funding profile and status, development of program forecasts, assistance with customer funding status, and the preparation of both internal and external reporting requirements.
The role will need to be able to communicate with all levels of management, operate in a dynamic team environment, and effectively team across functions to accomplish objectives.
This is a Hybrid role located in McKinney, TX and is eligible for relocation.
