Job Description:

• Should have a minimum of 3 SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, including at least one transition from SAP ECC as the legacy system.
• Should have implementation experience in SAP Financial Management and Controlling modules across both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Should be well aware of Product Costing with Fashion Management.
• Must possess hands-on experience in core financial processes such as financial closing, budgeting, asset management, and financial reporting.
• Should be able to configure and implement SAP Group Reporting.
• Should have a solid understanding of the financial implications of procurement activities, including bulk purchasing and vendor management.
• Must demonstrate a strong grasp of and practical experience with the SAP Activate Methodology.
• Should have a proven track record of effective collaboration with both onsite and offshore teams.

Mandatory skills:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and analyze current processes.
• Integrate with other SAP modules to optimize business processes.
• Develop test scenarios and lead testing phases (unit, integration, UAT) to ensure system stability.
• Document configurations, process flows, and test results.
• Train and support end-users during and after implementation.
• Contribute to project planning, risk management, and timely milestone delivery.
• Stay updated on SAP best practices and industry trends, proposing innovative improvements.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous system enhancements.
