As the Senior Content Creator , you’ll spearhead our video-first strategy to build and grow an engaged audience across video, social, and community channels. We need someone with vision and drive to help make Tango a household name on platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube and across the B2B landscape.
You’ll own and execute our zero-to-one audience strategy while collaborating closely with teams like Growth, Product Marketing, and Sales. Your mission? Reach new users, keep them engaged, and turn them into ambassadors and advocates for Tango.
You will be an individual contributor reporting to our Head of Demand Gen, with whom you’ll work closely, but you’re also leading that strategy.

Build a killer audience strategy
Design and lead an audience growth plan that aligns with Tango’s goals and sets us up for long-term success. This is your baby—own it, believe in it, and make us believe in it too.
Bring the strategy to life with video
Lead the creation of awesome video content—everything from short, lo-fi scroll-stoppers to high-quality long-form pieces. You’re someone who is VERY comfortable in front of the camera, and you have a portfolio to show that. Partner with our creative team and contractors to get things rolling fast. Make it fun, make it engaging, and make it happen.
Track it, tweak it, grow it
Show us what’s working (and what’s not). Leverage tools like HubSpot, Wistia, and YouTube—or bring your favorites—to measure impact. No fluff, just results. Double down on what wins, and let’s collaborate on scaling effective strategies.
8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years focused on content strategy and creation, particularly strong in creating engaging video content
Demonstrated expertise in understanding and creating content for technical B2B personas, particularly in operations, sales, or IT (portfolio required)
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate complex B2B positioning into compelling video content that is educational and entertaining
Established community-building efforts on LinkedIn or YouTube with engaging content, a strong network, and examples of creative videos you’re proud of
Experience in developing thought leadership content and enabling subject matter experts
Proven track record of creating successful content strategies for LinkedIn and YouTube
Proficiency in video production and editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, etc.) preferred; demonstrated ability to provide creative direction, collaborate with production partners, and manage freelancers is essential.
Experience with AI tools for content optimization and scaling
Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional content initiatives
Deep understanding of B2B buyer journey and ability to create content that influences pipeline
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical subject matter experts
