Senior Linux/Ansible Administrator
Pay Range $75-$77
Richmond Virginia 23219 

Hybrid schedule (one week in office/other week remote)
Contract 1 year- Full Time W2 with benefits

Job Description:
  • Senior Linux/Ansible Administrator
  • Client is seeking a highly skilled contractor with expertise in Ansible Tower, playbooks, and strong proficiency in Linux.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience (10 plus years) with Ansible and Linux and a proven track record of managing and automating infrastructure operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop, manage, and maintain Ansible playbooks and roles to automate infrastructure tasks.
  • Utilize Ansible Tower for orchestration, provisioning, and configuration management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement automation solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Linux systems and RedHat products.
  • Ensure the security and compliance of the infrastructure through automated processes.
  • Provide documentation and training to internal teams on Ansible and Linux best practices.
  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience with Ansible Tower and playbooks.
  • Strong proficiency in Linux, particularly with RedHat products.
  • Experience in infrastructure automation and configuration management.

Pay Range: $75.00 - $77.00

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
