What You'll Do:
Handle voice and non-voice processes as required.
Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
Verify information provided by third-party entities using online databases to cross-check details.
Complete enrichment tasks as defined and trained by the client, including data entry, vendor resource verification, board certifications, and follow-ups with state boards.
Maintain high standards for timely and accurate task execution.
Collaborate with the team and adapt to additional responsibilities as needed.

What We're Looking For:
Willingness to work with both voice and non-voice processes.
Previous experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales, or customer service is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Availability to work 40 hours per week.
Flexibility to adapt to process and information changes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Stable internet connection and a comfortable work-from-home setup.
Tech-savvy candidates are highly preferred.
